A delivery address and payment confirmation may be shared separately in WhatsApp to fulfil your order.

If you post a review or kitchen story, we store that content and its association with your account. Product reviews show your display name, rating and comment publicly. Published stories may also show the author details and images you submit.

Website storage and service providers

Your browser stores your basket and sign-in session so they can persist between visits. Clearing browser storage can remove these details and sign you out. Our hosting and database/authentication providers process information needed to operate the website.

WhatsApp, Instagram and payment or delivery providers process information under their own policies when you use those services. Embedded Instagram content may connect to Instagram and allow it to process technical information. We share order details with delivery and payment providers only as needed to handle your order, and may disclose information where required by law. Please avoid sending passwords, card details or UPI PINs in messages.

Access to customer and order information is restricted to authorised accounts and service providers; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal obligations or unresolved transactions.
