Shipping Policy
This page explains how Askmaa dispatches and delivers orders placed and paid for on this website, across India.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. If a pincode cannot be serviced, we will let you know and help you cancel or amend the order.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner once payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery, once the order is placed), normally within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time and tracking
Typical delivery takes a few business days after dispatch and can vary by location, courier and factors outside our control (weather, regional holidays, courier delays). Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number/link so you can follow it; you're welcome to message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update at any time.
Shipping charges
The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — we do not add separate shipping charges afterwards. If that ever changes, it will be shown clearly before you complete payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, please keep the amount shown at checkout ready for the delivery partner.
Delayed, lost or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate shown, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll follow up with the courier and work with you on a resolution — a replacement, refund, or continued tracking — as explained in our Refund Policy.
