Orders and confirmation

You can order on this website as a guest or while signed in. At checkout you add your delivery address and choose to pay online (UPI, cards, wallets or net banking) or by cash on delivery where it is offered, on a secure checkout provided by Shiprocket. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds, or once a cash-on-delivery order is placed. Adding products to your basket alone does not place an order.

If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a listing or price was shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and refund any amount you paid for it.

Prices, payments and delivery

Prices are shown in Indian rupees for the selected pack size. Any delivery or cash-on-delivery charges, any discount and the final amount are shown on the checkout screen before you pay or place your order.

Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider's secure checkout; this website does not see or store them. We deliver within India, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode; our Shipping Policy explains dispatch and delivery times. Please provide accurate contact and address details, and contact us if a parcel is delayed or missing.

Coupons

Coupons are entered on the checkout screen. Each coupon is subject to the conditions shown with it, such as a minimum spend, validity dates or usage limits. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. Your order record shows the coupon and discount that were applied.

Accounts, reviews and kitchen stories

An account is optional for ordering and required for posting product reviews or kitchen stories. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate information. Each account can leave one rating per product, with an optional comment, and can update or delete its own review.

Please share honest experiences and content you have permission to publish. Do not post spam, abusive content, misleading claims or another person’s private information. Your posted review name, star rating and comment are public; a sign-in alone does not indicate a verified purchase. Kitchen stories are reviewed before publication.

Product care and returns

Read the product label for ingredients, storage, best-before information and any precautions. Natural products can vary in colour, size and appearance. If a product is damaged, incorrect or appears unsafe, stop using it and contact us. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms takes away rights available to you under applicable Indian consumer law. We may update these pages as the business grows. Any changes apply going forward and do not change the terms of an already confirmed order without your agreement.
