Orders and confirmation

Our website helps you explore products and send an order request through WhatsApp. Adding products to your basket or saving an order does not confirm a sale. We confirm availability, the delivery address, delivery charges, the final amount and payment instructions in the chat before you pay.

Prices, payments and delivery

Prices are shown in Indian rupees for the selected pack size. Any delivery charges and applicable taxes will be explained before order confirmation. If a listing or price needs correcting, we will let you know before accepting your order so you can decide whether to proceed.

We currently arrange delivery within India, subject to serviceability at your location. Delivery estimates are shared during confirmation. Please provide accurate contact and address details, and contact us if a parcel is delayed or missing. Payments are arranged after confirmation; this website does not collect card or bank credentials.

Coupons

Enter your coupon in the basket before placing your order request. One coupon can be used per order, subject to its minimum spend, discount cap, validity dates and usage limit. Discounts apply to the product subtotal. An offer cannot reduce the product total below zero or be exchanged for cash. The confirmed order shows the coupon and discount applied.

Accounts, reviews and kitchen stories

An account is optional for ordering and required for posting product reviews or kitchen stories. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate information. Each account can leave one rating per product, with an optional comment, and can update or delete its own review.

Please share honest experiences and content you have permission to publish. Do not post spam, abusive content, misleading claims or another person’s private information. Your posted review name, star rating and comment are public; a sign-in alone does not indicate a verified purchase. Kitchen stories are reviewed before publication.

Product care and returns

Read the product label for ingredients, storage, best-before information and any precautions. Natural products can vary in colour, size and appearance. If a product is damaged, incorrect or appears unsafe, stop using it and contact us. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms takes away rights available to you under applicable Indian consumer law. We may update these pages as the business grows. Any changes apply going forward and do not change the terms of an already confirmed order without your agreement.
